Roof Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3D design, and Google Imagery to generate accurate roof measurement reports for residential and commercial projects. The role requires precision, technical knowledge, and the ability to interpret aerial imagery for creating detailed drawings and measurements

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate roof measurement reports using Google Imagery, AutoCAD, and Revit tools.
• Create comprehensive estimates, including detailed cost breakdowns, scope of work, and projected timelines.
• Maintain organised and accurate records of estimates, project documents, and communications.
• Create accurate 2D & 3D roof models for design and project estimation.
• Review site imagery, maps, and drawings to prepare measurement data.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to provide technical inputs
• Maintain report accuracy and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control.
• Experience with data integration from GPS, drone imagery, and other data collection methods.
• Perform digital takeoffs and assist with project estimations using GIS data and mapping tools.
• Use CRM software to manage sales leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
