About the Role :

We are hiring a Microsoft Co-Pilot Developer to support a leading Fintech client in building intelligent, productivity-enhancing solutions using Microsoft 365 and Azure. The role involves integrating Co-Pilot capabilities into enterprise environments to streamline workflows and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement Microsoft Co-Pilot solutions across M365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Develop intelligent workflows using Power Platform and Microsoft Graph API.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant implementations aligned with enterprise standards.
• Participate in solution architecture, documentation, and deployment activities.
