US Client Liaison

We are currently looking for a skilled Client Support Associate who will bridge the gap between our US clients and our India team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talk to US clients, share project updates, and manage tickets in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with our Indian technical team to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear open communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required skills include 2–5 years' experience in client-facing roles, strong English communication skills, good understanding of websites, software & apps (non-coding functional knowledge), and comfort working in varying shifts including partial night shifts.
