This remote opportunity requires proficiency in both business Japanese and English to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, ensuring clear and efficient client interactions.
Responsibilities include supporting account managers in managing ongoing projects, handling client queries in business Japanese, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support account managers in project management.
- Handle client inquiries in Japanese and provide timely updates to internal teams.
- Built long-term relationships with clients through tailored service options.
- Manage quotations and invoicing according to contracts.
- Mitigate risks and miscommunications by accurately understanding customer expectations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Qualifications :
N1 / N2 level Japanese certification demonstrating advanced language proficiency.1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in sales or client services; experience in Life Sciences is beneficial.Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel.Strong communication and organizational abilities.Proven adaptability to changing business needs.
