RapinnoTech is looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in domestic IT staffing.

Freshers will NOT be considered

No international hiring experience

No long career gaps

📍 Location : Hyderabad (Local candidates preferred)

📅 Interview Mode : Face-to-Face (In-person only)

🗓 Working Days : Monday to Saturday

✅ Requirements :

1–2 years of hands-on experience in domestic IT recruitment

Proficient in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates

Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and networking

Good communication & interpersonal skills
