Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT US Recruiter with 1–3 years of pure Non-
Recruiting experience . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US hiring process and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for non-IT roles across multiple industries, including construction, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and more.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : job posting, resume review, candidate outreach, interviews, and placement.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with US hiring regulations and company standards.
- Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.
Qualifications :
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT US Recruitment (mandatory).Proven ability to recruit for various domains such as construction, healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, or logistics.Excellent sourcing skills using job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and professional networking sites (LinkedIn, etc.).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Benefits :
