Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT US Recruiter with 1–3 years of pure Non-

Recruiting experience . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US hiring process and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for non-IT roles across multiple industries, including construction, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and more.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : job posting, resume review, candidate outreach, interviews, and placement.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with US hiring regulations and company standards.
• Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.
