We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – International Visa Sales (B2C) to manage and grow our visa sales operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of consultants, ensure sales targets are met, and uphold excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of visa sales consultants.
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions.
- Monitor sales activities, performance, and conversions.
- Manage team scheduling, attendance, and adherence to SOPs.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive international visa sales through calls, emails, and digital platforms.Assist team members with closing complex or high-value deals.Identify opportunities for upselling (insurance, holiday packages, etc.).Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Customer Service Excellence
Oversee smooth handling of visa applications and documentation.Resolve escalations efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.Reporting & Optimization
Track performance metrics and report results to management.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Work with internal teams to improve efficiency and compliance.Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Travel & Tourism, or related field.4–7 years of experience in B2C international visa sales.1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory position.Strong knowledge of international tourist visa processes.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Preferred Skills
