AVP / VP - Tech Leadership Hiring Budget 60-70 Lakh

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our client as AVP – Leadership Hiring (Technology Practice). The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in executive search and leadership hiring within the technology domain. This is an individual contributor role with a strong focus on building and delivering high-impact hiring strategies for technology-led organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust leadership hiring strategy and roadmap for technology and digital roles.
• Drive end-to-end executive search mandates, ensuring top talent acquisition in Technology, Engineering, Product, Design function.
• Identify, attract, engage, and close senior and leadership-level candidates across the technology landscape.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to align hiring goals with business objectives.
• Lead candidate assessments to evaluate competencies, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
• Manage recruitment budgets, timelines, and search deliverables effectively.
• Build strategic talent mapping initiatives and maintain a strong external network of technology leaders.
• Ensure a premium candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
