Job Summary As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing delivery of high-quality, innovative products and solutions. Your role will involve strategic planning, technical leadership, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to drive the development of scalable and reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities Strategy

• Align technical solutions with strategic organisational goals and long-term vision.
• Lead and implement detailed technical solutions for complex, organization-wide projects including end-to-end holistic solution design (interfacing systems).
• Develop and drive technology strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Subdomain Tech Lead.
• Provide high-level analysis for planning, and initiatives implementation approaches.
• Expert in solution sizing, estimation, and project forecasting
• Support audit reviews and exercises.
• Drive RFP and vendor evaluation exercise along with PO to ensure SCB technical standards are met
