Product Manager - Workday Extend and Integrations

About The Role

The Product Manager : Workday Extend & Integrations will be accountable for working across the product team to define, implement and optimize our Workday Extend apps and Integrations between our Core HR system (Workday) & any other HR / enterprise system (e.g., Payroll, Benefits Mgt, SAP ERP, SAP Fieldglass).

They will possess strong HR system technical (Workday Extend & integrations), data management / integration and service experience to be able to provide technical guidance and advice to the Senior Product Manager (Cross Product Integration), Product Directors / Managers & Experts and Tech architects to ensure that HR integrations & technical solutions are fit for purpose, providing feasible solutions which will meet the requirements from our stakeholders (e.g. alignment to architecture design principles) and deliver value to our end users.

This pivotal role will be a part of our Business Enterprise Applications Technology team, reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager (Cross Product Integration).
