Product Manager

We're working with a fast-growing SaaS company thats transforming how organizations manage employee compensation and rewards.

The platform helps HR teams and business leaders digitize and simplify complex processes like salary planning, bonuses, stock options (like ESOPs), benefits, insurance, and employee recognitionacross multiple countries and company sizes.

Who Should Apply :

Were looking for sharp, curious, and driven Product Managers with :

• 2- 4 years of experience in product management or tech / HR tech roles
• Strong technical literacy : Define data structures and integrations using JSON, SFTP, CSV, REST APIs, and Excel-based data
• Create and manage documentation, wireframes, user flows, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Proven experience in working closely with engineering teams
• Ability to read and write technical specifications (not necessarily code)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and version control basics
• A strong understanding of user-centric design, product lifecycle, and agile methods
• The ability to translate complexity into simplicity
• Have proven experience in Product Management in the B2B SaaS space (ideally 2+ years owning the full product lifecycle).
• Are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working in a scaling company where process and priorities evolve quickly.
• Are highly motivated by discovery and solution validation, and are business-driven with a focus on product scalability.
• Are data-driven : you analyze usage data to understand user behavior, define success metrics, and validate hypotheses through experimentation.
• Have strong communication skills : youre confident in pitching, influencing, and advocating for your product vision internally and externally, including with senior leadership and customers.
