What you'll bring

• Experience : 14+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in people management (managing PMs). Proven success building and scaling enterprise-grade monetization or sales platforms for SMB / mid-market / enterprise SaaS or Fintech customers.
• Leadership : Strong track record of developing and coaching PM talent. Ability to lead with influence across executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Domain Expertise : Deep understanding of monetization capabilities, sophisticated pricing models, and revenue operations for SaaS / Fintech.
• Customer Empathy : Obsession with solving customer and operational team problems with speed and excellence.
• Strategic Agility : Ability to set long-term vision while executing against near-term priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Analytical & Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills paired with a bias for data-informed decision making.
• AI Fluency : Familiarity with AI / ML trends and their application in SaaS and business operations.
• Education : Undergraduate degree required (technical discipline preferred). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
