Urgent Hiring – Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-site, Bangalore)
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring needs.
Selected candidates will work on-site and will be deployed via Xpheno.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines
- Strong follow-up with candidates and internal teams
- Ensuring candidates can justify experience mentioned in their CVs and verifying role fit
- Working across multiple hiring requirements with versatility
- Using ATS tools efficiently for tracking and updating candidate status
- Coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Managing e-commerce hiring requirements (preferred)
Skill Requirements :
Location : Bangalore (On-site)
Salary Range : Up to 7 LPA
Deployment : Xpheno
