Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop customized sales proposals and presentations based on client needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and messaging.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company.
  • Maintain CRM records and generate reports on sales performance.
  • Assist in contract negotiation and deal closure.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (B2B preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Preferred Attributes :

  • Experience working in or with U.S.-based clients / markets.
  • Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
