Pega Customer Service Pega SSA JD Must Have 4 plus years as a practicing SSA for multiple accounts 5 plus Yearsof total Pega Experience Certified SSA Strong Stakeholder Management 1 plus Years of Work experience in International Markets such as Australia, Europeor the US DevOps and Agile Experience. Good to Have Working Knowledge on Pega Robotics, API Standards, Enterprise Security Protocols, PerformanceMonitoring and improvement Experience on PEGA upgrades, application migration and DB migration Good Knowledge on all rule types UI, Flows, FlowActions, Harness, Integration, Agents and Activities Minimum experience on using debugging tools like Tracer, Clipboard, SMA and Live UI Possess goodunderstanding on the rules management and associated tools such as export and import tools, skimming and bulk processing tools Good knowledge ofSQL using Oracle Actively collaborate with other teams to solve cross functional challenges Actively participate in the requirements, design andconstruction phases to lead to success.
