Pega Developer

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer CSSA certified with 4 to 7 years of hands on experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using the Pega Platform The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pegas case management workflow automation and integration capabilities along with excellent analytical and problem solving skillsKey Responsibilities Design develop and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC 8 x or above Collaborate with business analysts architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional designs Configure and customize flows activities data pages UI components decision rules and integrations Implement business process management BPM and case management solutions using Pega best practices Work with REST SOAP services APIs connectors and external system integrations Perform code reviews unit testing and debugging to ensure high quality deliverables Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to enterprise design and coding standards Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation Support deployment activities and production issue resolutionRequired Skills Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 4 - 7 years of total IT experience with at least 3 years in Pega PRPC development Pega CSSA Certified Senior System Architect certification is mandatory Strong experience with Pega 8 x or higher including case design UI data management and reporting Hands on experience with Pega Integration Services Activities Flows and Declarative Rules Solid understanding of Pega Guardrails PRPC architecture and Rule Resolution Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence or similar Strong analytical communication and collaboration skills
