Pega Developer - CSSA

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Pega Customer Service applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working with global teams in international markets. This role requires deep knowledge of Pega platform capabilities, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Development :

• Design and develop end-to-end Pega Customer Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Pega best practices.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Pega applications using rule types such as UI rules, Flows, Flow Actions, Harnesses, Integrations, Agents, Activities, and more.
• Participate actively in requirements gathering, solution design, construction, implementation, and deployment phases.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture guidelines, guardrails, and quality standards.
• Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning using tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, SMA, Live UI, and PDC (if applicable).
