1.Advise student / parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
2.Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
3.Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
4.Create the need for Smart Learning
5.Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
6.Learn / Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
7.Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with professional presentation
8.Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment
9.Open to Intra-City travel to Customer Locations
10.Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
