Identify training gaps in the team and develop a plan with department training managers for retraining sessions. Will be responsible for successful implementation of retraining sessions.Monitoring trainee performance data to identify areas to reinforce training material. This includes analyzing exam results in detail and presenting findings + proposed resolutions. This will be shared jointly with others who are also ensuring this process is thorough, complete and regularly monitored.During non-training or non-production periods the trainer would be involved in conducting Refresher trainings for Coders, preparation of training manuals; conduct continued education sessions as assigned.Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through training and provide feedback.Amending and revising Coding training programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environmentEnsures open communication and cooperative relationships with all traineesWeekly interaction in a team call with management to report any challenges or to suggest changes in curriculum or delivery.Engages in professional growth activities to enhance job-related knowledge and skill development.Assists in maintaining an organized tracking system (RevTrack) to guide all activities / tasks within the department and ensure timely completions against the goals and objectives of the company.Manage members of the training team.Shall understand and abide by the organizations information security policy and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information assets.Shall report incidents related to security of information to concerned authorities.Skills Required
