Surgery Trainer

Location : Chennai (Work from Office)

Experience Required : 6 to10 Years

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Coding Surgery

Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

surgical coding, excellent communication skills, and a passion for training and

mentoring coders. This role involves designing and delivering training programs,

ensuring coding accuracy, and staying updated with industry standards and

compliance.

Minimum 6 years of experience in medical coding with a focus on surgery.

Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent certification.

Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding systems.

Must have experience in 1 to 6 Series.

Experience in training or mentoring coders is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and coding software / tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
