Job Description :

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Technical Trainer – Firewall & Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in networking and security technologies and a strong background in training delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct technology training sessions for L1 / L2 engineers on the production floor.

Administer skill gap assessments and deliver refresher training programs.

Develop lab scenarios and case studies for Level 1 & 2 support.

Simulate complex technical issues in lab environments and provide break-fix solutions.

Create and deliver training content on emerging technologies via classroom, online, and blended formats.

Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and obtain certifications as per business needs.

Track and report training effectiveness using feedback, conversion %, and learning curve metrics.

Travel within India and abroad to deliver training as required.
