We are seeking a highly motivated Business Process & Reporting Specialist to optimize the operational processes and reporting systems at our paper manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, preferably those tailored to the paper manufacturing industry, and extensive experience with Excel or similar reporting tools. An accounting background is essential, along with prior experience in the paper manufacturing sector.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience working with ERP systems, especially in the paper manufacturing industry.
Strong proficiency in Excel or similar reporting tools.
Previous experience in process improvement, particularly in manufacturing operations.
In-depth understanding of the paper manufacturing process and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on-site at the Muzaffarnagar plant.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
Certification or training in ERP systems specific to paper manufacturing.
Experience with data analysis and reporting in manufacturing environments.
