Process Optimisation Analyst - 6 months renewable contract - Remote
Process Optimisation Analyst focused on transforming business operations through data-driven insights, process reengineering, and intelligent automation. This role will play a key part in identifying inefficiencies, eliminating waste, and maximizing the value of automation and process mining capabilities within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead complex process re-engineering initiatives across global business units to reduce inefficiencies, remove waste, and create value.
- Drive process simplification and automation opportunities, leveraging tools like Process Mining, RPA, and low-code platforms .
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels to influence and support change.
- Conduct end-to-end process diagnostics including interviews, workshops, and current state assessments.
- Build business cases for automation and optimisation projects, including cost / value analysis and risk due diligence.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of analysts, SMEs, and technical specialists to implement solutions.
- Create and maintain optimisation roadmaps that balance quick wins with longer-term transformation.
- Ensure change readiness and adoption through embedded change management and user experience design.
- Collaborate across internal service teams to develop and standardize lean methodologies and best practices.
Essential Skill Requirements :
Proven leadership of global delivery teams and high-profile projects.Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or equivalent).Strong analytical, change management, and business process reengineering capabilities.Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in fast-paced, complex, and evolving environments.Strategic mindset with ability to scale process optimisation as a service line.Desirable (Nice-to-Have) Experience :
Hands-on expertise with Process Mining, RPA, low-code automation, BPM tools.Global project delivery experience.Experience and proven results of change projects within the Pharma industry
