Improves business & profitability through increase in market share of affordable mortgage, deeper geography penetration and effective channel & product mix
Creates and nurtures channel partners
Ensures effective credit appraisal process and underwriting quality keeping in mind the customer & organizational needs and identifying any probabilities of delinquencies
Meets the customer needs with agility and speed by ensuring smooth process from onboarding to disbursement
Maintain optimal portfolio health by ensuring that lend to collect culture is followed up to the last mile Manages end to end collection cycle management from Bucket X, NPA and up to legal actions Strong focus on post onboarding services, customer retention and audit management
Ensures legal and technical norms are met as per guidelines
Leads and guides team for ensuring optimum performance through effective orientation, training methods and adoption of digital platforms
Works closely with marketing team for vicinity sourcing through ATL, BTL, digital channels and launch of innovative marketing activities for deeper penetration in markets
Acts as an authorized officer for initiating legal actions under Sarfaesi 2
