Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, multi functional operator who can take ownership across hiring, operations, client coordination, and business growth.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working closely with founders, and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, growth driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring and HR Support
- Manage end to end hiring activities
- Maintain candidate pipeline and tracking sheets
- Support onboarding and internal documentation
Operations and Execution
Build SOPs, trackers, and internal workflowsHandle daily follow ups, coordination, and reportingSupport founders in planning and executionClient Coordination
Act as a communication point between clients and internal teamsShare updates, feedback, and delivery statusAccounts and Reporting
Maintain basic operational and expense reportsSupport invoicing, follow ups, and MISBusiness Development Support
Assist with outreach, research, and presentationsSupport proposal and deck preparationRequirements
1 to 4 years of experience in operations, hiring, administration, client service, or similar rolesStrong communication and follow up skillsFast learner, proactive attitude, and organised working styleComfortable working with digital tools, CRMs, Google Sheets and ExcelOwnership mindset and ability to work closely with foundersInterest in startups, technology, and business operationsTech background or comfort with tools is preferredDesired Attributes
