Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals specializing in ITOM Event Management to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in administering, configuring, and implementing ITOM Event Management and alerting systems within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and alert management solutions.
• Administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and optimized performance for ITOM modules.
• Develop and maintain event rules, alert correlation rules, and related workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ITOM solutions.
• Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management for proactive incident response.
• Perform system configuration, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Event Management and alerting.
• Maintain system documentation and contribute to best practices within the team.
