Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as a strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and SPM related Integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to developer tasks, ServiceNow support and sparring with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge on standard IT technologies and 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
  • Monitor day to day technical tasks to deliver them on time.

Technical Skills required :

  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • Implementing of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
  • Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
