We're urgently looking for the Remote Unpaid HR Intern (Recruitment) for the 2 months of duration. The candidates are expected to perform the following things :
Work Mode : Virtual / Remote Position : HR Intern Stipend : Unpaid (Paid can be from incentives) Working Days : 5
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end recruitment such as screening CVs from the job portals, social media and other sources with virtual conducting interviews.
- Getting engaged in both IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Understanding hiring requirements, ready with the best strategies to close the prioritized positions at the earliest.
- Must be active to keep updated his / her own work like maintaining tracker sheets, building more databases and pipeline of candidates, and more.
