We’re looking for Customer Solutions Engineers / Deployment Officers —dynamic, creative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and are passionate about web and mobile technologies. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Product & Customer Expertise
Develop a deep understanding of Sapaad’s software products and services
Act as the primary point of contact for customers in your city, building trust-based relationships
Understand each client’s business requirements and configure their Sapaad account accordingly
Deployment & Training
Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup (POS terminals, printers, KDS, etc.)
Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff—cashiers, managers, and F&B managers
Share best practices to help restaurants maximize the value of Sapaad
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide remote and on-site support , ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers
Take ownership of user issues , track tickets, collaborate with engineering, and report on root causes
Escalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolution
Customer Engagement & Advocacy
Communicate with users in clear, friendly, and professional language (verbal and written)
Proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and offer solutions
Delight customers and turn them into brand ambassadors for Sapaad
YOU’RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE
0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains
Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks)
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.)
Ability to train and educate end users across different roles
Strong problem-solving skills , independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure
Highly available and willing to travel locally within the assigned metro city for client visits
Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences
