What Your Week Looks Like :
Support & Troubleshoot :
Respond to complex product queries from highly qualified customers via chat, email, and phone.
Hands-On Assistance :
Engage in remote web sessions to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate & Solve :
Work with product specialists to find
creative solutions
to business challenges.
Follow Up & Ensure Success :
Proactively check in with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Test & Improve :
Identify product malfunctions and report them for enhancement.
Stay Cool Under Pressure :

What We’re Looking For :
1-2 years of experience in Application Support, Customer Success, or Technical Support.
Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent English communication
with excellent comprehension and the ability to "read between the lines."
Flexibility to work in shifts.
A positive attitude, empathy, and customer-first mindset.
Meticulous, systematic, and detail-oriented approach.
Extrasensory perception (ESP) to read customer minds is a plus!
