Key Responsibilities :
Assist Guest Relations Executives in ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures
Prepare and organize welcome kits, local guides, and in-villa information for guests
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with warmth and professionalism
Coordinate reservations, transport, dining, spa services, and local experiences for guests
Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
Maintain updated records of guest preferences, requests, and service feedback
Support guest complaint resolution by escalating to the Guest Relations Executive when necessary
Ensure timely execution of special requests such as celebrations, surprises, or amenities
Monitor villa readiness and coordinate with housekeeping, transport, and maintenance teams
Key Requirements : Education :
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management
Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of guest service basics and hospitality etiquette
Ability to use guest management systems, reservation platforms, and communication tools
Personal Traits :
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Polite, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
Willingness to learn and take initiative under guidance
