Targeting a 5X growth in the upcoming year, Fincover plans to reach a Rs. 500 crore annualized disbursal run rate, providing innovative financial solutions to both consumers and Point of Sales Persons (PoSPs) through a user-friendly app and web portal.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Relationship Manager position based in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate solutions. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, onboarding new customers, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on financial products and market trends to provide informed guidance and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in customer service, client handling, and problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of financial products, markets, and insurance processes
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored financial solutions
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
• Previous experience in sales, account management, or the financial sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of the Chennai market and proficiency with financial software or tools are beneficial
