Backend Engineer - LLM Frameworks Development

Role & Responsibilities :

• Agentic AI Platform Delivery
• Develop and maintain autonomous software agents using modern LLM frameworks.
• Build reusable components for business process automation.
• Design agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations.
• Enable deployment across CRM systems and enterprise data platforms.
• Generative AI & Model Optimization
• Fine-tune LLMs / SLMs with proprietary NBFC data.
• Work on model distillation, quantization, and edge deployment readiness.
• Self-Learning Systems
• Create adaptive frameworks that learn from interaction outcomes.
• Implement lightweight models to support real-time decision-making.
