Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineering Manager located in Pune. The Senior Sales Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the sales engineering team, overseeing the development and implementation of sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support to clients. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Industrial sales, Radio Remote Control system sales, Material Handling equipment's sales.
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Ability to work independently
• Technical expertise in industrial applications and radio remote control systems
• Experience in managing sales engineering teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and project management abilities
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the industrial automation or related industry is an advantage
