Anand Rathi Share and Stock Broking Ltd is hiring an HR Executive to manage Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and HR Compliance for our Nagpur location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving people processes and supporting the growth of the organization.
Role & responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
Source, screen, and recruit talent to meet manpower requirements
Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and support final selection process
Oversee onboarding formalities document collection, induction, system setup, and smooth integration of new hires
2. Employee Engagement and Development
Organize engagement activities to foster a positive work culture
Collect and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvement
Identify training needs and coordinate internal / external learning programs
Support performance reviews and career development initiatives
3. HR Operations and Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, attendance, payroll inputs, etc.)
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Address employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and payroll
4. Performance Management
Facilitate the performance appraisal process (goal setting, reviews, feedback)
Guide managers on managing performance improvement plans
5. Offboarding and Exit Management
Handle resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement processes
Derive insights from exit feedback to support retention strategies
