Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, developing strategies to meet sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, leading and motivating the sales team, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. The role also involves preparing sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience as a sales manager role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in sales strategy development and market research
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and prepare sales reports
• Experience in negotiating and closing deals
• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
