Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our outdoor HPCL hoardings advertising business across the Kerala region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in OOH media sales, excellent client relationships, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and targeted sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Kerala region.
Identify and onboard new clients including brands, media agencies, and direct advertisers.
Manage and grow existing key accounts through strong relationship management.
Work closely with the operations and site acquisition team to ensure availability and quality of hoarding sites.
Understand client requirements and provide customized OOH solutions.
Track competitor activity and market trends; provide regular feedback to the management team.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis as needed.
Represent the company at local industry events and client meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 7 years of experience in Outdoor Hoardings / OOH Media Sales, with strong exposure to the Kerala market.
Proven track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets.
Strong network of clients and media buying agencies in the region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team (if required).
Willingness to travel across Kerala as per business requirements.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualities :
Local language proficiency (Malayalam) along with English.
Deep knowledge of local market geography and hoarding regulations.
High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude.
