We are seeking an exceptional Lead Account Manager to join our team at Sparta Systems. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in accelerating growth by identifying, qualifying, and cultivating strategic digital transformation opportunities with executive decision-makers, focusing on driving significant enterprise-level sales and expanding our market presence.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Accelerate growth by prospecting, qualifying, and building digital transformation opportunities with executive decision-makers.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions to create and drive transformational digital pursuits (software and services) that achieve customer business outcomes.
- Drive new business development, market expansion, and increase penetration within existing accounts, while also identifying and developing new accounts.
- Develop and execute detailed account plans for identified enterprise accounts, fostering executive engagement to maximize share of wallet.
- Drive sales growth, deliver on individual sales targets, and ensure order forecasting accuracy through a structured approach to enterprise account management.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and other business groups to develop value propositions, process quotes, and expedite requests.
- Engage with senior executives / CXOs to understand their needs and present complex solutions.
Skills Requirement :
Significant experience in strategic and consultative enterprise business development, sales, and account management.Proven ability to sell large, transformational enterprise deals into heavy industrial verticals such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Metals, Minerals, Mining, and New Energy.Experience in developing strategic value propositions and shaping complex solutions.Familiarity with advanced software applications at Level III-V, including ERP / SAP basics, MES, Analytical applications (Asset Management, Predictive Analytics, AI), Cybersecurity, and Advanced Process Control.Strong domain expertise in heavy industrial verticals.Enterprising individual capable of driving the function with ownership and high energy.Strong customer focus and executive presence, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Outcome-oriented with the ability to achieve results through influence in a matrixed-team environment.A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional and cross-business teams.QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Post-Graduation (MBA / MS / MTech) will be an added advantage.Skills Required
