Legal Executive

Job Title : Legal Executive

Experience : 3-5 yrs of experience (Non-Litigation)

Job Location : Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities :

Conduct legal research and analysis

Drafting and reviewing legal agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreement, MSA, Master License and Services Agreement, etc.

Drafting and reviewing of other legal documents such as tender documents, Authority Letters, Policies, Undertaking, Terms and conditions, etc

Provide support to HR department in drafting and reviewing HR documents.

Maintaining Legal Agreement and document files and database.

Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as needed.

Requirements

Qualification : L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)

3-5 years of experience.

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using MS office and related tools.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
