Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Legal Executive to support our legal and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, property law, and regulatory compliance, with hands-on experience in contract drafting, legal documentation, and liaising with regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and manage various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Provide legal support for corporate matters, including board resolutions, incorporation, and compliance.

Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including property-related legal aspects.

Conduct legal research and provide opinions on various legal matters.

Manage and maintain legal records and documentation.

Liaise with external counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.

Assist in handling disputes, litigation support, and responding to legal notices.

Support due diligence activities and risk assessments for ongoing and new projects.

Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.

Experience : 1 to 2.5 years of relevant legal experience.

Skills :

Sound knowledge of corporate and property law.

Proficient in legal drafting and documentation.

Good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.

Preferred Attributes :

Exposure to real estate or corporate legal departments is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Integrity, discretion, and professional ethics in handling sensitive information.
