Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Experience Designer to join our team. The Digital Experience Designer is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of seamless, engaging, and efficient digital experiences across enterprise platforms. This role bridges IT capabilities with user-centric design, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders interact with intuitive, scalable, and secure digital tools that support business goals. Your expertise will help deliver high-quality and engaging digital experiences to our users.
This role will report to the Technical Leader, Digital Experience.
Your Responsibilities :
- Create solutions for several product design challenges, including mobile, desktop, hardware interfaces, physical environments, and person-to-person interactions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Plan and define strategy for directing future iterations.
- Quickly iterates on multiple interactive design solutions and work through details.
- Advocates for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings.
- Develops high-level, detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Works alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle.
- Assesses and optimizes the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics.
- Presents design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback.
- Contributes to the group's shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experienceBachelor's degree in design or human computer interaction (HCI)3+ years of experience as a UX designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or similar roleA portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutionsExperience designing products / capabilities for mobile and desktopExperience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Illustrator, Sketch, Hype, Axure, and KeynoteFluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and designStrong knowledge of usability principles and techniquesWell-developed skills in communicating, presenting and storytellingExperience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designsExperience in a highly Agile / scrum environmentUnderstand business requirements and translate into digital experiencesWhat We Offer :
