Job description

Position : UX Designer

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions
Translate complex problems into simple, user-centric experiences
Iterate based on feedback, data, and testing
Contribute to and maintain our design system and UX best practices
Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency across the product

Requirements

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

Experience conducting user research and usability testing

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design thinking process

Nice to Have

Experience with UI design or front-end development

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)

Experience working in agile or lean product teams

Passion for US healthcare
