The Role :

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to help us create user-centered digital products that are intuitive, engaging, and impactful. You will play a key role in designing the next generation of digital banking experiences, ensuring our solutions not only meet the needs of our clients but also provide a "dramastically better" experience for their end-users.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
• Design and conduct usability testing to validate designs and gather feedback.
• Maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in UX and Fintech.
