ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Odoo applications and modules.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of Odoo applications.
• Lead and manage a team of Odoo Developers, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated on Odoo best practices and new features.
• Participate in project planning and estimation.
• Act as a point of contact between the development team and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high development standards.
