Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Head located in Lucknow. The Operations Head will oversee the daily operations of the company, manage the operations team, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include streamlining operational processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality. The role also involves strategic planning, resource management, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.

• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using operation management software and tools
• Experience in the branding or advertising industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
