Link Locks - State Head

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all sales, distribution, and marketing activities within the assigned state
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve state-wise sales targets and business growth
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team including Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Executives, and support staff
• Expand and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks across urban and rural markets
• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts in the hardware domain
• Ensure effective stock planning, order management, and supply chain coordination
• Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends; drive corrective action plans
• Conduct regular market visits and review performance metrics with team members
• Ensure proper implementation of promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
• Report state performance, forecasts, and insights to senior management
