Job Role : Associate Director HRBP

Location : Vadodara

Shift : 3PM – 12AM IST

Company’s LinkedIn Website : Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and challenges, developing HR strategies and solutions focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement aligned with business goals.

• Provide expert HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
• Lead HR initiatives like workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and diversity and inclusion programs.
• Lead the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Provide catalytic support to enable business transformation. Work with business / function leaders to spot opportunities for organizational development, which will accelerate the delivery of business strategy.
• Interface with various levels within the organization to develop and lead training initiatives on a broad range of HR-related topics.
• Gather and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and priorities, particularly in the areas of performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Advise and train managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisory problems and employee grievances. Develop further training as needed.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed / required.
