Regional Manager
Job Description :
Regional manager, will have the overall responsibility for business growth, credit and quality assurance, portfolio quality and people management of the region.
Business Development : He is responsible for creating the regional annual business plan divided into monthly / quarterly targets.
He will develop the required action plan for achieving the business targets based on the recommendations as per A&S for successful achievement.
His critical roles will include :
- Prepare the annual business plan with a minimum growth of 5% quarterly and 20% annually across all the CSPs
- Continuously review the achievements and short falls.
- Provide feedback and guidance for achieving planned targets
- Continuously review the quality of leads, pipeline, and conversion
- Review assigned tasks, pending tasks and improve closure of tasks
- Prepare the monthly and weekly CARE plan, review the PJP pipeline for immediate closure
- Check the number of inwards to targets and initiate action for conducting promotional activities for increasing the flow of leads.
- Review conversion of TPS / PDD and act on pending cases to ensure nil pending more than 60 days
- Review CSP wise customer compliant and resolve take action for process / response time improvements to avoid recurring compliance.
Credit and Quality Assurance :
Monitor the pending proposals and follow up for conversionReview the quires pending for response and guide the branches suitablyEscalate deviation cases and ensure prompt approvals in SFDCMonitor the stagewise moment of files for achieving optimum turnaround timeReceivables Management :
Review Collection as per 3i every Monday.Monitor bucket wise movements.Carryout daily review of plan v / s achievement.Ensure liquidation of repo stock within 30 days.Co-ordinate with legal for NRLL and Risk 2 accounts.People Management :
Identify the training needs of regional executives.Plan and source manpower resources in co-ordination with HR.Continuous review of performance and regular feedback.Carryout performance appraisals of BMs and other senior regional executives.Ensure adherence to organizational values by all employees.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years experience in sales / customer interface in automobile / financial service / retail sales10 years of experience in BFSIExcellent understanding of Used Commercial Vehicle financing industry, Knowledge of used commercial vehicle, construction equipment marketsExpert understanding of various used assets productsGood underwriting exposure in commercial vehicle and construction equipments.Ability to study and interpret basic financial statements to determine financial stability of the borrowers(ref : iimjobs.com)
