Job Description
- Achieving sales and collection target along with other relevant KPIs for the region
- Managing Key Accounts to help the team with maintenance of share and key negotiations with respect to price and share gain
- Maintaining financial hygiene with respect to debtor days and overdue collection
- Managing people - 10-12 employees
- Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share
- Being aware of market trends and competition activities to support key strategic initiatives
- Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff
- Training and development of sales personnel
- Profitability and gross margin improvement
- Maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline for the region to support consistent growth
The Successful Applicant
- An MBA with 5+ years of experience in Sales and Product Management Function
- Sound Knowledge of Products, Applications, end user industry manufacturing processes
- Must be proficient with Tamil
- MBA from Tier 1 / 2 college
