Position Overview :

The Roustabout is a vital team member responsible for providing essential support to the operations and maintenance activities of a gas plant. This role entails assisting tradespeople and technicians in various tasks related to plant operations, maintenance, and safety. The Roustabout must have a strong commitment to safety, be physically fit, and collaborate effectively within a dynamic work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background and a commitment to excellence in the Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities :

• Stores Assistance : Provide support to Materials Coordinator / Expeditor with inventory delivery or service execution.
• Maintenance Support : Provide support to tradespeople and technicians in performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repair tasks on equipment, structures, and systems.
• Operational Assistance : Provide support to operators in performing routine tasks as directed.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the operations and maintenance teams and other plant personnel.
• Material Handling : Safely handle, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment required for plant operations and maintenance.
• Adopting standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with our clients safety policies.
• Eliminating or reporting workplace hazards, taking part in safety drills and other activities and supporting the work of safety representatives and committees
• Conducting activities in accordance with our clients environmental policies, codes and guidelines, in particular minimising energy and material usage in the workplace.
